INFORMATION
Addison is a 70-acre neighborhood development, by InTown Homes with a design driven by studio LFA. Located in the city of Dallas, Texas.

The design was inspired a grid layout and architecture of traditional American towns. The landscaping and buildings vary constantly, creating a lively and casual street space.

The master plan consist of a network of tree-lined street and squares, is made up of an open network of small city blocks that encourages walking. Most of the streets are oriented North-South towards the main square. Each block have a rear lanes that provide access service to the garages and homes.
